Hope > big feelings

Sometimes our emotions get the best of us. These big feelings can be disruptive and damaging, but they are also God-given. Our feelings serve as a feedback loop, signaling something is not right with us, our goals, or our world. The Bible is no stranger to big feelings. The book of Jonah serves as a case study in emotional swings -- anger, fear, remorse -- and God's abounding compassion. This sermon also provides clinical insights to facing your big emotions. In the end, we must believe God's compassion > our big feelings.
